Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about VIJOSAK — answered in plain English.
Getting Started
What is VIJOSAK?
VIJOSAK is a Nigerian-built AI platform for small and medium-sized businesses. It has two products: the AI Workspace (an AI-powered assistant that writes proposals, drafts contracts, generates content, and analyses competitors) and the Deals Marketplace (where you discover and close business deals with verified suppliers). Both are included with any workspace subscription.
Do I need to be technical to use it?
No. If you can type a WhatsApp message, you can use VIJOSAK. You describe what you need in plain English — "write a proposal for a N2M supply contract" or "draft a response to this customer complaint" — and the AI handles the rest. No technical skills, no "prompt engineering," no jargon.
How is VIJOSAK different from ChatGPT?
Three things. First, VIJOSAK understands Nigerian business context out of the box — pricing norms, customer expectations, local market realities. You do not spend time teaching it Nigeria every time you ask for something. Second, it has tools beyond chat: the AI can search the web, read your uploaded files, generate PDFs, and save everything to an organized workspace. Third, you can share prompts and outputs with your team so you are not the only person who knows how to run them.
What kind of business is this for?
Any Nigerian SME that spends time on documents: proposals, quotations, contracts, customer responses, social media content, reports, competitor research. This includes real estate agencies, law firms, marketing agencies, consulting firms, logistics companies, construction, retail, hospitality — essentially any business that writes things regularly.
Pricing & Payment
How much does it cost?
Plans start at N5,000/month (Solo), with Team at N15,000/month and Business at N35,000/month. All plans include full access to both the AI Workspace and the Deals Marketplace. There are no hidden fees, no dollar charges, and VAT is included in the listed price.
Do I need a dollar card to pay?
No. We use Paystack — you can pay with any Nigerian debit card, bank transfer, or USSD. Everything is in naira.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There is no lock-in, no cancellation fee, and no questions asked. You can cancel from your billing dashboard and your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until the period you paid for ends.
What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are how we measure AI usage. Running an AI prompt costs a small number of credits based on how much the AI processes. Your monthly plan includes a credit allocation (Solo: 100, Team: 350, Business: 900). If you run out, you can buy top-up packs starting at N5,000 for 500 credits. Included credits refresh each month; purchased credits never expire.
Privacy & Security
Is my data safe?
Yes. Every tenant gets their own isolated workspace — your data is completely separated from other businesses by Supabase Row-Level Security (RLS). Your files are stored in your own tenant bucket. We are a registered Nigerian company (RC 9036268, CAMA 2020) and comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR). See our
Privacy Policy for full details.
Does VIJOSAK train on my business data?
No. Your prompts and files are not used to train AI models. The AI providers we route to (DeepSeek, Anthropic, OpenAI) do not train on API usage. What happens in your workspace stays in your workspace.
What if the AI gives wrong output?
AI is a tool, not a replacement for your judgment. Every output is meant to be reviewed by a human — you. Think of it like this: the AI creates a first draft in seconds that would take you 30-45 minutes to write from scratch. You spend 5-10 minutes reviewing, adjusting, and adding your personal touch. You are always in control of what gets sent, published, or shared.
Deals Marketplace
How does the Deals Marketplace work?
Businesses post deals — things they want to buy or sell. Buyers browse deals, indicate interest, and pay a 10% deposit into escrow. The seller delivers. Once the buyer confirms receipt, the seller gets paid. The escrow system protects both sides: the buyer's money is safe until delivery is confirmed, and the seller knows the buyer is serious because they have put money down.
What happens if there is a dispute?
If the buyer and seller disagree about delivery, either party can raise a dispute. Our team reviews the evidence from both sides — proof of delivery, communication records, inspection results — and mediates a fair resolution. The goal is to protect honest participants on both sides.
